How stressed are you?

Here are some questions you can ask yourself to assess whether you are suffering from stress : answer ‎‎’yes’ or ‘no’.

· Are you feeling disorganized and generally untidy?
· Are you having difficulty sleeping or in waking up?
· Do you often lose keys, glasses and other small items?
· Are you spending a great deal of time watching television or videos?
· Do you have any eating disorders or weight problems?
· Are you feeling a need for space and privacy?
· Are you suffering from an emotional crisis extreme moodiness?
· Are you frustrated because you cannot put your ideas into practice?

For each ‎’yes’, score 1 point, for each ‘no’, score 0 points. Scores between 1 and 5 : you appear to be coping well with your everyday life. Find ways to make your healing home enhance your sense of well-being.

Scores between 5 and 7: you are showing some signs of stress. Make use of your healing home to reduce stress levels before they get too great.

Scores of 8 and higher: this signals a high stress factor and you are advised to introduce changes in your home to help you relax and build up your resistance.
