ESSENTIAL OILS

Published by fest under on 10:12 AM

Essential oils are made from the very essence of the plant, and is not just plant material. This life-force element is the reason why real plant essences and oils, rather than those that are artificially made, have beneficial effects.

Essential oils in the home permeate the rooms and fill the ether. We can feed off these nourishing, positive vibrations. Different essential oils create different types of energy and depending on what type of vibrations you feel you need, you can burn one or a mixture of oils. Essential oils create a pleasant atmosphere when used as a room fragrance. At the same time, creating a good ambiance for work, relaxation, inspiration, mediation, romance or sleep. Some oils will help to fumigate the air in cases of disease or illness.

CLEARING STRONG EMOTIONS

Published by fest under on 10:09 AM
A dead and sterile environment is therefore a form of sensory deprivation and our home could induce us to feel cold and isolated. If we are able to let our emotions flow freely outwards, we usually do this in the privacy of our home. There are many occasions when other people express their emotions in our home too. Our home collect all these vibrations, good and bad, and reflect them back to us at some time. So it is very important that we clear these negative energy patterns.

To do this, play some music which you enjoy. Music that instills the room with love can lift and transform any harmful emotional energy. Fill the room with this music and concentrate on filling it with the power of love. Buy a bunch of deep pink or white roses. These will emit love vibrations through their aroma and colour. Different roses will send out kinds of love rays.

When To Cleanse
· When you move house.
· After an argument or quarrel.
· When you have expressed anger, hate, jealousy.
· When you are depressed or despairing.
· After illness.
· After a loud noise, for example made by neighbours or builders.

PERSONAL SPACE

Published by fest under on 9:59 AM
Our energetic envelope, known as aura, extends outwards from our physical body in three distinguishable layers. The first layer is only a few inches wide, the second is 8-12 inches, while the third layer of our subtle bodies can extend for several yards in all directions. The aura is our greater protector, and we need to keep it clear from interference from other people’s vibrations. You may have experienced this feeling when a stranger stands very close to you. You feel threatened and will naturally stand back. We only feel comfortable in close proximity with someone familiar or whom we like. In cities and in houses where several people share a room, space is a precious commodity.

Our home is an extension of personal space. It has been described as our third skin. Our clothing represents our second skin, and our home, which resembles a cocoon or womb, acts as a further protection. The home is a place where we can retreat from the stress of the world. It is a place of privacy and refuge where we can do what we want and feel safe and secure.
